Where deals go cold

01

qualified prospects arrive unconvinced.

Twenty minutes go on re-teaching what the website should have taught - by a rep, or by you - and the call runs out before the real conversation starts.

02

You already know the objections.

The same five, every deal, handled live. Your site handles none of them. Every prospect who doesn't book is someone who hit those objections alone, with nobody in the room.

03

You've paid for a website before.

It came back prettier and said the same things, because it was built from a brand workshop, not from what your buyers actually say when they push back.

But a deal doesn't happen in one room.

The FOUR ROOMS IN EVERY DEAL

BEFORE THE CALL

They decide whether you’re worth an hour.

On the Call

The one room you can control.

AFTER IT

Your champion forwards it to whoever wasn’t on the Zoom.

BEFORE SIGNATURE

Procurement opens it to check you're a real company.

Your rep is in one of those rooms.
The site handles the other three on its own.

You can name every rep on your team and what each one closed last quarter. You can't say either about the page that spoke to more buyers than any of them did.

The Objection Architecture

Your buyers already told you why they didn’t buy.

The best question I ask a sales team is "what do people ask you that they shouldn’t have needed to ask?" The answers are the objections your site failed to handle. I go and find every one of them.

Your buyers' words go in. A site that answers them comes out. The first call starts with a buying conversation, not a feature checklist. No brand workshop anywhere in the process.

The cost was never the draft, it was the prompting, the context-gathering, the copying between systems and the checking. It ends on AI output is the endpoint, the one sentence a bid director can take into a board meeting.

How it works

Three steps. Live in 6-weeks.

week 01

Send your calls

You share 1015 recordings. I'll send the list: which deals, which reps, which quarter - or we work from whatever you have instead.

YOUR TIME: 1 HOUR

week 02

Approve the map

I extract, rank and hand you the map. Nothing gets built until you sign it off.

YOUR TIME: 1 REVIEW CALL

weeks 03–06

Launch the rebuilt site

Every blocking objection answered in sequence. Built inside your existing brand system. Live in Framer. Yours to own.

YOUR TIME: 3 ASYNC FEEDBACK ROUNDS

Built in Framer, with every existing URL mapped and redirected before launch. I'm not an SEO agency and I don't promise you more traffic, but I'm not going to lose you the traffic you already have either.

Build

The first quality lead in days of launch.

Before

Every objection handled live, on the call.

After

Rebuilt from their sales calls. Objections answered on the site.

Verbrio Logo | Home

Verbrio's founders were doing all their own selling, with a site that undersold the product to buyers they never got to speak to. I rebuilt it around their actual sales conversations: the objections answered on the site, in the order buyers raise them. There's a gate in front of the calendar that qualifies before anyone's time gets spent.

One note: Verbrio's gate is a trial button. Their bigger deals close later, on calls, once a customer is already using the product. If your deals close on calls from the first conversation, I build that gate to qualify, so only the right-fit prospects reach your calendar.

WHY NOT A REGULAR AGENCY

We largely expected to get a pretty website out of the deal, but we got way more than that. We got someone who strategised with us about sales, content, value propositions, visual content and more.

ON TECHNICAL DEPTH

We were really surprised by how engaged Mike was with our product, he understands it inside and out, and using that knowledge was able to deliver something really special.

ON THE INVESTMENT

Mike has so much expertise and backs it up with his technical skill. He delivered a site that generated a large, high-quality lead in days of launch. A big investment, but we got back far more than we put in.

Who’s behind Sales-Led Sites?

I know what happens When your site works against sales.

I carried a B2B quota for ten years, working leads off a website that pre-sold no one. I answered every objection myself, live, on every call.

Most people who’d rebuild your site are designers first. They hand you a prettier brochure that converts exactly like the old one - the redesign you’ve probably already bought once.

The extraction, the copy, the design, the build - all me. Nothing subcontracted, nothing is offshored, and you'll never speak to an account manager about your own sales calls.

I build the sites I wish I'd had.

Pricing

Fixed pricing, shared.

A weak rep costs you some deals.
A weak site taxes every deal you close.

You shouldn’t have to book a call to learn a number. Here it is. I’m not the cheap option - you’re already paying for traffic, reps, and pipeline. All of it funnels through one site.

Tracking, and one agreed number

Half on kickoff, half on launch

A freelancer will build you a site for a quarter of this. If a site is what you need, hire PixlJoy Design, genuinely.

NOT READY FOR A CALL?

Start with the teardown. Three of your calls read, a written objection map, and a 45-minute session on it. You keep it either way.

After launch — two ways to run it

Run it yourself

01

The site is in your Framer account, built in your brand system, and the objection map is a document you own. Your team edits it like any other site.

Most clients do this, and it's the right call if your objection set is stable - same objections, same buyers, same market.

Or keep it running with me - $5.5K/mo

Or I keep it running - $5.5K/mo

02

Optional, quarterly rolling partnership. The map re-read from your newest calls, new pages as you need them, testing on the pages that matter, and a one-page report each month on what moved and what I changed because of it.

This is for teams whose objection set is still moving: new segments, new competitors, a move upmarket. Same work as the build, running continuously instead of once.

You don't decide this now. It's a conversation at handover, for when you've seen the numbers move.

On the record vs. off - what that means

The Call

Thirty minutes. Here’s how it goes.

First 10-mins

You talk

Your motion, your deal size, where deals stall, and what your reps get asked over and over.

00:00 — 10:00

Next 10-mins

I tell you what I'd build

And what I'd leave alone. If the objection layer isn't your problem, I'll say so. That's the cheapest thing I can do for both of us.

10:00 — 20:00

Last 10-mins

The math

A straight answer on whether I can help. If yes, you get a fixed scope and a date before you leave the call. If no, you keep the maths.

20:00 — 30:00

No deck. No proposal to sit through. No second call to get the price; you've already seen the number →

Your next first call:
warm or cold?

Right now

Every objection gets handled live. Every wrong-fit buyer gets discovered the expensive way, an hour at a time, on a call. Count last week's dead demos. That's the bill, and it arrives again this week.

After

The objections are answered before anyone books. The gate turns away most of the buyers who were never going to buy. Discovery starts deep instead of cold, and the selling week goes back to selling.

Book the call if you want a straight answer on whether this fits. Start with the teardown if you'd rather see the work before you talk.
